Bigelow Aerospace posts "Opportunities and Pricing" for Alpha Station

February 4 2013 03:46:20 PM | by Clark Lindsey, Managing Editor

The Bigelow Aerospace website now includes a section titled Opportunities and Pricing. This refers to the Alpha Station, which they plan to launch in 2016. It will consist of two BA-330 modules.

The prices cover trips to the station for individuals, for leasing a 110 cubic meter section of the station ("equal to an entire ISS module") for 60 days, and for naming rights of the entire station or of one of the modules. The info looks the same as in the announcement on Jan.16.13 of the agreement with NASA to install the BEAM module on the ISS.
