SNC gives me the creeps. They were a grey-area military contractor focused on electronics integration for decades, and then suddenly they appear in the NewSpace arena a few years ago offering a Shuttle mini-me and holding up Virgin Galactic indefinitely. Everything about them is icky.

"..a safe, high performing, and non-toxic alternative to solid and hydrazine liquid propulsion systems".

I notice they conveniently left out Anything/LOX from that list - but, unfortunately, I don't suppose the general public will notice..

...or it could be that all they were trying to say was that their engine is "..a safe, high performing, and non-toxic alternative to solid and hydrazine liquid propulsion systems". Why do they need to mention anything else - they are being pretty specific.
